Q: Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
A: Order Cancellation
Due to the nature of the product; we can not cancel orders. All sales are final. Please verify your correct information during checkout. However, if we have sent your order it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Processing time is 1-6 business days, once order has been fulfilled, priority shipping through USPS will occur after processing time. Time may be extended during sales and new releases.
Q: What if my order is damaged, lost or stolen during shipment?
A: Orders placed via USPS are insured. Notify carrier; USPS: 1-800-275-8777. UPS: 1-800-742-5877. Once we ship your products your postal service is responsible for delivery.
Q: Where is my tracking number?

Q: I accidentally put the wrong address on my order, how do i receive my products?
A: Body By BeeMarie LLC is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. If you place an order using the wrong address and it already shipped, we cannot change it. If your order is shipped back to us you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please make sure the address you use is complete and correct before placing your order.
Q: Do you take orders over the phone, through social media, or cash app?
A: We do not take orders over the phone, social media, or cash app. Orders can be placed through our website www.bodybybeemarie.com
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do ship internationally. International orders are subject to duty tax. Cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout and the amount paid covers shipping exclusively.
Product FAQS
Q: How do i know if I’m allergic to a product?
A: All Products are all natural however they do contain nut products. We recommend doing a patch test, behind the ear or near neckline. Allergens occur quickly, itching, hives, swelling are noticeable as soon as 5min-1hour after contact. If you notice you are allergic, discontinue use of product. If you notice severe reactions, ie bleeding, excessive burning, swelling, etc. seek medical attention immediately.
Refunds FAQs
Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Once your order is placed there can not be any changes made. Please be sure to verify your order as well as the address before submitting. We only exchange items that are defective. Due to the nature of the product please do not send back to the company. Please email at www.bodybybeemarie.com with name, order number, and pictures of defective items.
